Customer-side cancellation & rescheduling

Servia-side delays or cancellation

Sometimes traffic, weather or staff illness causes a delay. We always notify you proactively. If we cancel or are more than 60 minutes late without prior notice, you are credited AED 50 automatically (recurring credits stack up to AED 200 per month).

Refund mechanics

  • Card payments: refund returns to the original card within 7-14 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Bank transfer / cash: refunded to a Servia wallet credit by default; on request, returned to your IBAN within 5 working days.
  • Service credit: usable on any future Servia booking, valid 12 months, non-transferable, non-cashable.

Service guarantee re-do

If the work was completed but you are not satisfied, you do not need a refund — flag it within 24 hours (or 48 for pest, paint, disinfection) and we will re-do the relevant scope free of charge. See clause 8 of the Terms of Service.
